Ellen Hines is a graduate of the University of Kentucky. She handles the day to day finances of Selah House, but more importantly she helps clients and their families navigate the always challenging financial aspect of treatment. She works diligently to help you understand any and all financial obligations as they pertain to the cost of treatment.
 
For those clients with insurance benefits for part of their treatment, she bills and carefully monitors insurance to make sure benefits are accessed and paid at the highest possible level. When an insurance appeal is necessary, she leads that effort either by Selah initiating the appeal when permitted or by helping you understand what you need to do. Ellen has a tender heart for people with eating disorders and the families who love them as she has had a family member go through ED treatment.
